BIO Candice J. Arnold Candice J. Arnold is a servant-leader who has turned her love of event planning that began during her high school years into a thriving business that has allowed her unique way of creating experiences for over 27 years. She tailors her business toward small businesses, non-profits and corporations. She successfully executes the vision of her client’s events administratively by relieving their stress which allows them to bring transformative results to their attendees. Several of her often repeat clients include Black Business Women Rock, Love CEO Institute, KW Essential Services, Favour Consulting Group, Women Entrepreneur’s Rock, #SIDEGIGCON along with many networking events, workshops, women conferences, retreats and other milestone celebrations. Candice also works as a civil servant having worked her way up, over the past 27 years, from entry level to the top administrative support position as an Executive Administrative Assistant, one of less ten African American women to hold this position out of over 40,000 government employees. She teaches and mentors others as they rise up through the civil service ranks. Candice firmly believes Proverbs 18:16 - “A man’s gift makes room for him and bring him before great men”. She is the wife to her husband of 25 years, Delvin, and the mother to two adult daughters, Lauren and Andrea, and they reside in Southern California.
